Grown in the highlands of Huehuetenango by women coffee producers dedicated to their craft, this coffee delivers a rich, balanced cup that feels familiar from the very first sip. Notes of dark chocolate lead the way, followed by sweet caramel and a smooth vanilla finish that lingers pleasantly.
Its approachable sweetness and full body make it an easy choice for your daily brew, whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning at home or sharing a pot with friends around the table.
This is the kind of coffee that reminds us why we fell in love with coffee in the first place—simple, satisfying, and exceptionally well-crafted.
For Filter Coffee, we recommend a brewing ratio between 1:15 and 1:17 (for example: 1 gram of coffee to 15g of water) and a kettle temp of 205°F.
For espresso, we like 18g in. and 45g out in 27-34 seconds with a boiler temp of 203 degrees.
