These small, round peaberry beans produce a cup that’s rich, sweet, and incredibly smooth. Notes of milk chocolate and almond butter create a comforting foundation, while brown sugar sweetness carries through the finish.

With its mild acidity and balanced body, this is the kind of coffee that fits any moment—whether you’re heading out on an adventure or simply enjoying a slow morning at home.For Filter Coffee, we recommend a brewing ratio between 1:15 and 1:17 (for example: 1 gram of coffee to 15g of water) and a kettle temp of 205°F.

For espresso, we like 18g in. and 38g out in 25-33 seconds with a boiler temp of 203 degrees.
