We are super excited to share this naturally decaffeinated coffee with you! This coffee was naturally decaffeinated using an organic compound that removes 97% of caffeine from the bean. The process tends to leave a pleasantly sweet and sugary flavor that you’re sure to enjoy.

This coffee does well in multiple brew methods. For Filter Coffee, we recommend a brewing ratio between 1:15 and 1:17 (for example: 1 gram of coffee to 15g of water) and a brewing temperature of 198-205°F.  Adjust your grind for a 3-3.5 minute brew time.  Remember, this is just a guide to get you started!

We love this coffee as drip, but it also really shines as an afternoon or evening espresso!
