Grown in the renowned Tarrazú region and processed at Beneficio San Diego, this honey-processed coffee showcases the sweetness and clarity that make Costa Rican coffees so beloved. The honey process leaves a portion of the fruit on the bean during drying, creating a cup that’s rich, sweet, and beautifully balanced.

You’ll discover notes of milk chocolate and cane sugar up front, followed by a subtle dried fruit sweetness that lingers through the finish. Its smooth body and clean profile make it easy to enjoy any time of day.

Whether you’re brewing your first cup of the morning or settling in for a quiet afternoon, Costa Rica Jaguar Honey delivers a sweet, approachable cup that keeps you coming back for more.

For Filter Coffee, we recommend a brewing ratio between 1:15 and 1:17 (for example: 1 gram of coffee to 15g of water) and a kettle temp of 205°F.

For espresso, we like 18g in. and 50g out in 30-35 seconds with a boiler temp of 203 degrees.
